How much are your offers “within the market”? All this affects the final cost of our work.

  • How quickly can you respond to my request?
    What if I’m in an emergency?

Hasty recruiting is fraught with mistakes for your business, so don't expect that a new employee will come to his new workplace tomorrow. On average, the recruitment process takes about 2 weeks for lower and middle level employees, and from 1 month for senior positions. If you have an urgent request, we will certainly consider it and will do our best, but you shouldn’t hope for a super-fast result if you don’t want to lose more than you gain.

  • What if I’m dissatisfied with a candidate?
